On November 19 the Society
of Farm Women Group No. 3
held a ward party at the Har
risburg State Institution.
The group prepared 300
sandwiches, 15 dozen cupcakes,
plus a beverage. They provided
165 gifts for prizes for the
games, plus candies and gum.
A large birthday cake was pre
sented foi those patients hav
ing birthdays in November,
and special birthday gifts were
given. One-hundred and forty
women were entertained at
the party which was under the
supervision of the following:
Mrs. Harxy Usner, Mrs. Wil
liam Eberly, Mrs. Ivan Eberly,
Mrs Harry Palm, Mrs. Lloyd
Martin, Mrs Earl Latschar,
Mrs Esther Petticoffer, Mrs,
Charles Wechter, Mrs. Clarence
Stauffer, Mrs. Willis Stober,
Mrs. Gilbert Paul, Mrs. Harvey
Gehman, and Mrs. Doris Miller.
