Milk Is Lowered HARRISBURG The level of radioactive material in milk from Pennsylvania farms was lower in January than in Dec ember, the state health depart ment reported Wednesday. According to department statistics, the level of Stron tium-flO, the radioactive ele ment, was 15.5 picocuries per liter for January compared with 16.7 for December. Hie danger level for Stron tium-60 in milk ranges in the hundreds of picocuries per lit er. PREFIX NAME Ivan Z.
