Labels that name the pro
duct, designate the net con
tents, and give the name and
address of the producer or dis
tributor are required by Penn
sylvania law on all foodstuffs
sold in packages or containers,
according to Delmar K. Myers,
director of the department’s
Bureau of Foods and Chemis
try.
Myers said this requiiement
is a service to consumers. He
urged them, for their own pio
tection, to purchase only piop.
