1 cup heavy cream, whipped
2 oranges, peeled, -cut into

Dram fruits for salad; re
serve juice. Sprinkle gelatine
on cup chilled juice from
fruits for salad Place over
low (heat and stir until gela
tine dissolves. In large howl,
blend cream cheese, lemon
juice, mayonnaise, sugar and
salt. Lightly stir In gelatine
mixture, fruits for salad and
(bite-size orange pieces. Fold in
toasted almonds and whipped
cream. Spoon into a 2-quart

CHEESE AND PRETZEL
NUGGETS
1 3-ounce' package softened
cream cheese
2 ounces crumbled Bleu
cheese
1 214 ounce can deviled ham
% cup chopped pecans
% teaspoon onion powder
1 cup chopped parsley
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Chill until •firm. Make bite
btie halls using a toaspoonfUl
mixture and roll In chopped
parsley. Use pretzel sticks as
toothpicks. Chill until ready
to serve. Makes about 24 balls.
CHICKEN AND TONGUE
SPREAD
2 12-ounce cans (boned chic
hen, ground
3 7-ounce Jars tongue,
ground
1 onion, grated
% teaspoon sage
% teaspoon thyme
1 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper
Stuffed olives
Parsley
Pimiento strips
Combine first 7 ingredients.
On serving tray mold into bell
shape 8-inches long. Chill 2
to 3 hours. -Garnish with ol
ives, parsley and pimiento.
Makes about -6% cups. Serve
with assorted crackers.
