1 teaspoon chopped onion
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Bacon-flavored crackers
3-ounce package softened
cream cheese
Blend liver pate, hard
cooked egg, chopped onion and
mayonnaise. Spread on 22
crackers. Stack, making 2
stacks of 11 each. Top each
stack with another cracker.
Liay stacks on their sides.
Frost with softened cream
cheese. Chill. Slice diagonally
for serving. Prepare no more
than one hour before serving’
time.

about 1 % cups cheese mixture
