Solanco Tractor Driving Contest Has 3 Winners A fifteen-year-old high sch ool student won the Solanco Pair tractor driving contest Thursday morning. Bari Wenger, the son of Mr. and Mrs Paul Wenger, Quarry- Tille Rl, driving in the open class, scored the win in h i s .first year of competition. Driving a John Deere 3010 tractor, hitched first to a two Tfheeled manner spreader and t£en to a four wheeled wagon, "Wenger totaled only 80, for Jow score in the “points oft” judging. Banning a close second, and taking top FPA honors was Jphn Prey, Quarryville R 2, fith a score of 95 points Prey , "yon second place in FPA com petition at the 1961 and ’62 fairs. Boss Anderson, Oxford Jt2, ran up 175 points for sec ond place in the open class and third lowest score in the con ftpst. The 200 points scored by James Esbenshade, Quarryville 82, was good enough to take the division. Esbenshade iron the contest last year.
