CHIFFON TARTS

bowl and stir well. Add the
chilled cranberry juice and
beat vigorously with rotary egg
beater or electric mixer at
highest speed until mixture is
very foamy Aldd sugar and
beat until mixture stands in
peaks takes 1 to 3 minutes.
Spoon into tan shells Chill
until set (about 2 hours).
Serve plain or with whipped
cream.

3 cups diced, cooked chicken'
