Poultrymen Award Honor To Robert Hoover Robert Hoover, Denver 82, received a plaque for out standing work in 4-H poultry clubs Wednesday night at the annual banquet of the state Poultry Federation at The Pennsylvania State University. The 19 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. David Hoover, has raised broilers and capons commercially and is active in 4-H poultry club work in the county. He was high individual scorer in poultry judging at the 1962 Northeastern Poul try Producers Council (NEPPCO) show. He has also had projects in 4-H pig clubs.
