nual State FFA Week on the Penn State Campus

parliamentary procedure con
test. An eight member team
from Solanco, under the coach
ing of William M. Fredd, tea
cher of agriculture, beat out
competition from four other
regions in the state m demon
strating their ability to con
duct a meeting under strict
parliamentary rules It was the
first state championship for a
Solanco team.
