Willard, H Kimmel ot Shelocta, Pa, was re-elected chairman of the 13-man execu tive committee of the Board of directors. Newly elected -vice presidents were William S Wadsworth of Farmington, Conn., and Rich ard Croner of Berlin, Pa Ed ward H. Young of Dover, N H., was re-elected vice chairman of the executive committee All are prominent farmers in their communities Chief executives on the East ern States management staff were also re-elected. They are William D. Milsop, general manager; William H. Prig more. assistant general manag er; and Mildred E. Pike, trea surer. Sixteen farmer-members were re-elected and two weie newly elected to the 63-man board of directors The two new board members are A.
