Cook sweet potatoes in boil
jng water until tender Rinse
under cold water, peel and

bine butter, watei, grated
orange rind, orange juice and
brown sugar in a saucepan and
cook over medium heat until
mixture comes to a boil. Pour
■over sweet potatoes. Bake in a
preheated 350 degree oven 25
to 30 minutes. Makes 10-12
servings.
