Henning, State secretary of agriculture, and chairman of the Pennsyl vania Farm Show Commission, heads a steering committee that includes representatives Of the commission and the Pennsylvania Livestock and Allied Industries Association. The exposition, open to livestock breeders from the United States and Canada, is an international show sponsor ed by the Farm Show Comm ission in cooperation with the Department of Agriculture and the PLAIA.
