er, and boil 5 minutes Line
a IVa quart casserole dish
with the leaves, .making a
bout four layers Bring IVi
cups milk to boiling point
Add rice. Cover and cook
over low heat until fluffy.
Combine comecL.beef, rice,
and 1 cup milk, pepper, and
marjoram Add mixture to
cabbage-lined casserole and
sprinkle with brown sugar
Bake in moderate oven (350
degrees) for 3Q minutes
Makes six servings
