The State Homemaker a wards are the highest that can be earned by members of the Pennsylvania Asso ciation, Future Homemakers of America. They will be presented by officers of the 13,000-member state associa tion at the annual FHA con vention next Wednesday. In order to qualify for the FHA State Homemaker de gree, member candidates, in addition to being outstand ing homemaking students, must have shown achieve ments in a program of acti vities at local, regional, state and national levels.
