baking dish which has been
rubbed with butter. Dot with
half of the butter. Bake in a
moderate oven (350 degrees)
for about 15 minutes
To make topping, melt re
maining butter in a skillet.
Add nuts and pineapple and
saute for about 5 minutes!
Remove from heat. Stir in
marshmallows. Spoon lop
ping over sweet potatoes
Slip under the \ broiler for 2
to 3 minutes or until marsh
mallows are toasted
