[ The parity, ratio the coniparison of prices paid by farmers for goods and ser vices to the price received for farm products—has de clined every month since De cember 1960 and now stands at 71 per cent compared with 01 per cent in that month. Nationally, the parity ratio is 78 per cent, 1 per cent under last year.
