3 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon mustard seed

CURRY PICKLES
24 medium cucumbers
(cubed or thinly sliced)
1/2 cup salt
8 cups water
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 cups vinegar
2V2 cups sugar
y 4 cup mustard seed
1 tablespoon celery seed
Wash cucumbers. Drain

over cucumbers. Let stand 5
