salt and flour. Cook over
boiling water, stirring occas
ionally, until mixture begins
to thicken. Stir in lemon
juice. Meanwhile, cook ma
caroni. Add 4 teaspoons salt
and macaroni- to IV6 quarts
boiling water. Boil rapidly,
stirring constantly, for 2
minutes. Cover, remove from
heat and let stand 5
Rinse with warm water and'
drain well. Combine sauce,
macaroni, broccoli and turk
ey. Turn info greased 2-qt
casserole. Cover and bake in
moderate oven (350 degrees)
about 15 minutes. Makes 4
to 6 servings.
