I Seed Potatoes Harrisburg, Feb 28— The Bureau of Plant,, Industry of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture announced to day that 166,576 bushels of seed potatoes have passed certification requirements. An actual growth test car ried on this winter in Flori da showed that, more than 99 per cent of the seed potatoes are free of virus diseases. Rules for certification of .seed potatoes that only 97 per cent seed pota toes be virus-free.
