Mrs. Pilgrim didn’t have well known brand names on which to rely nor did she have careful-y tested roast ing schedu ea accompanying her Thanksgiving’turkey. All these conveniences make light work of prepara tions on the day. The frozen turkey which is pur chased already stuffed should not be thawed before roast : ing. However, overnight stor age in the refrigerator (12-18 hours) is satisfactory. If you plan to do the tur key stuffing, be sure to alldw time for the turkey to thaw.
