A war ning to seed retailers was issued by the State Depart ment of Agriculture recen tly “Seed packages being off ered for sale this year must, for the first time, bear a statement such as “Packed for 1960’ or the percentage of germination and the mo nth and year in which the germination test was made’’ Dr. Thomas L.
