They are feeding game, building game shelters and have ordered seedlings for spring planting from the Pennsylvania Game Commis sion. One Saturday- afternoon, members of our FFA gath ered corn for winter feed ing of wild game. They ga thcred corn on Robert Ho over's farm, a member of the game conservation com mittee. After gathering the corn we distributed it am ong the FFA members for the feeding of wild-life dur Ing the winter. The members of the Co calico Vocational Agriculture class went to Tom Wingen roth’s wood land and built a game shelter out of rocks, old trees, sticks, and brush. They put brush in the front of the shelter so the preda tory animals will not be able to spring a surprise at tack on game animals while they are feeding. They put I'ood in the shelter for the game. The committee also took orders for seedlings for the Pennsylvania game commis sion. There were thirteen boys that ordered 3,365 se edlings to plant on their homo farm this spring. They plant them for hedge rows, iii waste land, for Christ mas trees, along the border of wood land, on stream and road banks and other plac es. BIG EWES.
