Perry, New Bruns wick, N J , one of Pennsyl vania’s first county agricul tural agents and a pioneer in dairy artificial breeding, to day was named a speaker frr the Pennsylvania Holste n Association annual conven tion Nov. 18-20 at the Penn sylvania State University. •Professor Perry is now te tired as head of dairy exten sion at Rutgers University. In the late 1930’s he made a special study of dairy arti iicial breeding in Denmark and on his return introduced this program in the United States. Now one-third of all U. S. dairy cows, and one half of those in Pennsylvania, are included in this program.
