The fa mily operation includes two farms “and some land be sides”, totaling 130 acres. He is president of Witness Oak chapter of Donegal high school and County FFA re porter. His present FFA program includes- baby beeves; four acres of tobacco (with his fa ther), and two acres of squash (with his brother), and he was in the acre of corn contest. He was president of the school chorus and is a two year member of the state FFA chorus. He won the Pio neer Acre chapter corn con test in 1957, attended the American Institute of Coop eration and has exhibited beeves at Harrisburg and Timonium. Operating a strong farming program, this year he has 21 fattening hogs, a sow and litter, a gilt, IV2 acres of to bacco, an acre of corn and three fattening steers.
