Poultry Exchange Spur Trade
Trading activity at Lancaster Poultry Exchange shot
up to an offering of 69 lots, with 203,345 birds for the Oct.
2nd auction, in comparison to previous week’s offering of
26 lots with 74,070 birds.
Broiler prices suffered a slight
dip from a 16 90 average to 16 74,
oi a little more than half a cent
below the price one jear ago
