sylvania farmers showed a decline
for the fifth consecutive month,
Crop Reporting Service surveys
revealed that red meat animal
price index was 20 per cent amove
a year earlier. Nationally, the ad
vance was 12 per cent.

hundredweight average on July
15.

tiansfer of a savings account by
dehveiy of possession of the pass
book, coupled with the intent to
make an assignment of the ac
count
Should you attempt to claim
the money in the acount, you
would have to show that it was
intended that ownership of the
savings account was intended to
be transferred along with the
sale of the trunk and its contents.
This might be quite a ditfiult
thing to prove, and it is suggested
that you consult your lawyer.
