Oct 8, the conven tion’s second day Leading off is Jeff Coates, Akron, Pa, profes sional sales consultant and train er of salesmen' Not only will he give the industry a professional view of production promotion, but he is expected to dig into such fields as the selection and train ing of salesmen, and the underly ing philosophy of successful sell ing Coates will be followed by three trained advertising and merch andising men who will get down to brass tacks in analyzing current industry promotion, and setting the industry on the track toward sounder, more extensive programs in the future. Leading off the tno is Fred Lang, advertising execu tive of Vineland, N. J, who ha= a long history #f sales promotion and advertising in the poultxy field.
