OLD FASHIONED ICE CREAM
6 rennet tablets
cup cold Water
2 2 s cups sugar
2 quarts milk (not canned)
2 2/ s cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon maple extract
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup mashed, sweetened straw

1 4-quart hand freezer
Dissove rennet tablets in cold
water. Combine milk, cream and
