PHILADELPHIA, May 20
Delmarva buyers reported sales
difficult Monday due to price cut
ting in other areas. The market
was generally quiet.
In other major broiler produc
ing areas, demand was generally
good with supples ranging from
short to adequate
The Federal-State Market News
Service reports that the broiler
feed ratio remained steady last
week as compared with the week
before Prices of feed and live
poultry dropped in the same pro
portion.
The ratio is a point below last
year, due mostly to higher prices
for broiler mash.
