the first made by Ford Motor Co in the United States Conestoga Farm Service,
Ford tractor dealer in Quarryville, has received the first diesel tractor produced by
Ford It will be on display Friday, March 14, at the showroom The new diesel has
the same displacement as the large gasoline engine It delivers up to 40 belt
horsepower and will pull four semi-mounted plows in many soil conditions Fuel
savings when using diesel power will amount to 40 to 50 per cent The new diesel
engine is available in Ford’s 801 and 901 series, m seven models of utility, low-crop
