hog division started at a rather
slow pace Monday especially for
hogs weighing over 240 lbs and
sows by mid-session moderate ac
tivity had developed and streng
thened prices were evident Thus
barrows and gilts sold strong to

strong channels.
The bulk of mixed weight and
grade U S No. 1,2, and 3, 180
240 lb barrows and gilts was
taken at $2O 00-20 25 There were
U S 2 and 3, 250 280 lb hogs at
$l9 50-19 75 with a few at $2O 00.
Most U S No 1,2, and 3, 300-
