PEANUT BUTTER PARTY ROUNDS Peanut Butter Bread 1 package yeast, compressed or dry V* cup water (lukewarm for compressed yeast, warm for dry) Vz cup milk V 4 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups sifted enriched flour (about) V* cup crunch-style peanut but ter 1 egg Cream Cheese Spread 6 ounces cream cheese, soften ed Vs cup orange marmalade Soften yeast in water. Scald milk. Add sugar and salt and cool to lukewarm. Add one cup flour and peanut butter and beat until smooth. Add softened yeast and e Sg and mix well.
