College for virus pneumonia of
pigs.
This disease, although it seldom
kills, is a cause of heavy losses in
widespread areas of swine raising
the American Veterinary Medical
Association savs Approximately
50 per cent of the swine in some
parts of the U S and Canada are

ciation, virus pneumonia may re
duce the growth rate of infected
animals 14 to 16 per cent and re
