No Sale Wednesday at Exchange
Due to Light Listings, Holiday
Due to the holiday yesterday,
there were 4.00 few listings on the
Lancaster Poultry Exchange to
warrant a sale on Wednesday.
LANCASTER Broilers aver
aged 22.14 cents a pound at Fri
day auction at the Lancaster Poul
try Exchange with 67,900 birds
being sold.
The price range was from 21%
cents to 22% cents.
In addition to the broilers,
4,100 Leghorns- were-sold- for 13%- ■
and 13% cents, 760 capettes sold
at 24% and 26% cents, and a lot
of 2,500 Silver Crosses sold for
20% cents.

age in weeks and days, buyer and
price.
