The only sale this week was held Thursday The regular schedule will be resumed next Wednesday LANCASTER With a 19.53 Cept average for 95,450 broilers sold at the Friday auction, the price dipped the lowest in sever al weeks. The average for the week was 19.66 cents, with 155,- 600 birds being sold at the Lan caster Poultry Exchange. In addition tot he brailers sold at the Friday auction, a lot of 2,500 capettes sold for 28% cents. Stocker and’feeder Steers accounted for about "45 per cent of receipts. Heifers very scarce. Around 10 per cent waa cows. Quality of the slaughter steers was rather attractive with a liberal number of average to high choice grades included. Trading on slaughter steers was slow. Compared with last Wednesday slaughter steers and heifers fully steady to Strong. Cows 25-50 cents higher, bulls fully steady.
