meeting Dec. 4 at the Commis
sion’s offices in the U. S. Depart
ment of Agriculture Building,
Washington, D. C.
Chairman of the 11-member
group is T. S. Carswell of Com
mercial Solvents Corporation,
New York, N Y. This task group
is the sixth advisory body ap
pointed so_far by the'Commis
sion. Other such groups have
been named to advise the Com
mission on cotton; sugar; hides,
skins, and animal by-products;
oilseeds and animal fats; and
new and special crops. The Com-
