Elected were Elmo Travis of Smicksburg; Russell Pisor of Portersville, for a one-year term; Gail Kim mel of Enon Valley; Bob Jack son; and Elwood Homan of Pennsylvania Furnace. Mr Kimmel was named olfi cial Pennsylvania delegate to the National Flying Farmers Asso ciation convention in New Or leans, which was concluded yes terday.'
