Thursday Trading at Lancaster

650 broilers on the Lancaster
Poultry Exchange, with a final
average of 20 81 with a range of

Two lots of 956 ca|)ettes sold
from 25 to 26 H cents. There
were 44 lots totaling 146,915
birds listed, 43 lots totaling
145,715 birds offered. Six lots
totaling 30,100 were not sold.
For the corresponding day a
year ago, on Tuesday, May 24,
1955, sale 57, and Thursday, May
26, 1955, sales number 58, a total
of 106,020 birds in 51 lots weie
offered and 46 lots totaling 91,-
