taxes from agricultural machine
gasoline. Prior to this- time,
since 1949, a 50 per cent rebate
has been allowed, at a cost of
approximately $40t),000 a year.
A nine-month stalemate on the
issue appeared cleared and Gov.
Leader said Democratic legis
lative leaders agreed to go along
with the 100 per cent plan pro
posed by Senate Republicans last
year.
