company hopes to have the de
molition competed by Christmas.
With the removal of these two
buildings Pennsylvania 'Avenue
will be free ot the eyesores
which have marred the land
scape since World War 11.

start demolishing a “temporary”

in the Nations Capital without

new members in five counties, it
was announced following the Dec
ember meeting and Christmas.

President Deveney opened the
meeting,’with 46 present Jacob
Fisher, 'RI Manheim, was in
charge of devotions. Minutes of
the previous meeting and the
treasurer’s report were approved
as read, and all committee chair
men reports were accepted.
