high-quality milk “Ann” was a
six-year-old and was milked two
times daily for 305 days - while
on test, and met calving require
ments.

Christmas choir cantata based
on Christmas carols by Bruce;
Carlton, will be given at 8:00 p'
m. Sunday, Dec. 11, at Chestnut
Level,, and the following Sunday;
Dec. 18, in Memorial Methodist,
Quarryville, a* 8-00 p m.
This year the choir of 65 to 70
voices will be directed by Charles
Gochnauer, Quarryville Memorial
Methodist choir leader, and or
ganist will be Mrs. Robert Ank
rum, Peacli Bottom, director of
the Chestnut Level choir.
By combining for their Christ
mas music, the two' churches
which’, each serve a large rural
area, have found both fellowship
and a successful presentation.
