washing clothes ot manmade
fibers, reports Miss Kimble
Many of these manmade libers
do not asorb moisture so much
as natural fibers so stains and
soil are usually on the surface
Since the soil adheres to the out
side, it’s just a matter ot washing
it off the surface.
Miss Kimble suggests removing

andle them carefully. Try not to
wrinkle, stretch, or otherwise de
form the garment.
Be sure the whole garment can
be washed. That means pocket
material, lining, interfacings, and
shoulder pads must be fast 1 in
color and not shrink or stretch
