page 7 i Sr a ses aT Dear Ms. Tiger... Dear Ms. Tiger, I'm a sophomore, and my daily routine seems to be as such: class, library, then back to my room. It seems lately that this is all I do, and all I have been doing since freshman year. I want to meet new people, as well as help my Penn State community, but I don’t know how to get involved. After all, college should be one of the best times of your life! If you love to meet people and want to help your Penn State community, the perfect way to do so is by joining a club or organization! Clubs and organizations can help you become more active in your school, do what you love, and meet like-minded people. It’s not like class where you are being ‘graded; you’re simply using your skills to better the group, and building new skills along the way. Penn State Mont Alto has many clubs and organizations, such as the Woodmen’s team, THON Dance Marathon, Lion Ambassa- dors, The English Club, and The Musicians Club. A complete list can be found at http://www.ma.psu.edu/StudentLife/ ClubsAndOrganizations/clubs.htm, or by contacting your co- ordinator of student activities, Mrs. Donna Rhodes, at (717) 749-6057 or dmr36@psu.edu. Hope this helps! Ms. Tiger Two Days Back: An Update Dv.
