rocked the 80s, our very
own Mont Alto ninjas
made an appearance.
For an average CAMP
event, it was a great turn
out. People had an
awesome evening filled
with fun and all-night
dancing with friends.
There was plenty of
music, but as with any
other dance, it was the
“YMCA” that brought

Penn State Mont Alto’s
annual “Fright Night
Halloween Dance” gave
students the opportunity to
celebrate the holiday.
Although the event got off to
a slow start with only a few
\
students making an appearance,
more people arrived for the late
night festivities.
Almost everyone came
sporting a costume; notables
were girls dressed as foresters,
“I Dream of Jeannie,” devils,
room was standing still.
In the end, everyone took
home memories of a great time.
All who attended were very
happy to have CAMP sponsor
this event and look forward to
it again for those who will be
returning next year.

“I had a really great time,
thanks CAMP”- Beth Herbert
“It had a slow start, but ended
up being really awesome. I had
a lot of fun” - David Olsen

Mont Alto student groups get
together every fall for fund-rais-
ing and fun. From getting a pie
in the face to showing Nittany
Lion pride, students supported
campus organizations while
taking a break from mid-terms
and letting off some steam.
The Lion Ambassadors had
a lollipop tree and gave out
prizes for certain lollipops (one
prize was a DVD player). Fall
Fest went extremely well con-
sidering the weather. It was
exciting to see the number of
students who came out this
year to participate in the
festivities.

The Volunteer Club did a
basket raffle which included a
Penn State teddy bear and a
mug, a “Jeepers Creepers” DVD
movie, Penn State hat, bag of
candies and other materials.
We had pumpkin painting,
cupcakes, brownies, and shirts
designed by Nolan Fontaine,
our vice- president. Fall Fest
was great; we had a lot of fun
even though it rained. The rain
did not stop us from raising
money for the club which we
did very well. I had fun at Fall
Fest. I am also the president of
the dance team; we perfomed
also at Fall Fest, which was
great.
