We, the students of Highacres*. express our deepest feelings
of the loss of Mrs James Longo ; , mother of Mr* John Longo, accounting
instructor at our Mrs ; > Longo passed this life on Wednesday
evening in Schnootociyg New York 0 The funeral will be held on Monday
in Sheppton with a service at her home at 9i3 0 a a m<> and requiem mass
in Saint Josephus Church at XOsOfi a*m<,
On Wednesday afternoon the Parnassus Society met and concluded
plans for the Fall initiation of new members e A speaker was contacted
for the affair and the members were assigned their duties for the night*
Also,Miss Garbrick treated the society with tea and fu§ge®
Last night the social committee held their first dancing class
of the season* Although the lounge was not bulging. the handful that
did come enjoyed themselves* This 11 one happy family” cut the rug in
such a fashion that Carl Christopher had to have his legs rubbed
when he went home last night 0 A 1 Dalian gave a few renditions of the
rhumba, in Japanese, Hungarian and Highacres style*
