November At an informal meeting in the Rec. Hall on Tuesday, the House Rules Committee met for their first time, accepted the rules used for previous years, and agreed to purchase a few decks of new plastic playing cards* The committee planned to meet once a month to keep a check on how the Rec* Hall is operating. The new House Rules Committee for 1 9$b-% is: Members of the Mu Delta Sigma passed final approval on the newly revised sections to their fraternity constitution. The constitution in its revised form provides for a cooperative and coherent fraternity membership. It can be said the fraternity has a dominant profile, "A doing" organization. The question of a joint fraternity and sorority meeting was placed before the assembly for discussion* After debating the question for several minutes, the question was called to a vote. By a vote it was decided to have a joint meeting. This meeting will take place two-weeks from Thursday, November L. A member of the executive body was appointed to lay the necessary groundwork for the forth coming event. A pledge committee was appointed by the president to draft an oath for the fraternity. Members of the appointed committee are Brothers Wojciehoske, Antonovich, and Knowlton. Charlie Ro .anoski, chairman of the social activities committee has taken the preliminary steps in organizing a "Friendly Relations Camoaign" with the student members at Bloomsburg State Teachers College. Formal notice is given to those members of the fraternity who are in arrears with their dues. Any member of the Mu Delta Sigma who is four weeks in arrears with his dues will automatically be suspended from the club.
