PARKING REGULATIONS
Captain Carper, chairman of the traffic committee of Highacres, has announced
that beginning Monday October 5# these new parking regulations shall be enfon
on the student parking lot at the bottom of the hill*
1* All drivers are to park their vehicles around the perimeter of the p;
ing lot area*
2* Only after the entire perimeter is occupied will cars be parked in t]
center of the area* These cars in the center must be parted in two columns
with their front bumpers facing each other and in such a way that the columns
run parallel to the main highways
All offenders will be given tickets*
