Following the provision of the Student Government Association's constitution,
Council treasurer, John Carr, has prepared, and Council president, Andrei 7 Karpinski,
has approved the semi-annual financial statement on the S, G, A, funds which are
handled for the students by the Council* The COLLEGIAN has been authorized to
publish this official statement.

FILE APRIL 23 SELECTIVE SERVICE TEST APPLICATION NOT
All eligible students who intend to take the Selective Service College
Qualification Test in 1953 should file applications at once for the April 23
administration, Selective Service National Headquarters advised today*
An application and a bulletin of information may be obtained at any Selective
Service local board* Following instructions in the bulletin, the student should
fill out his application immediately and nail it in the special envelope provided.
Applications must be postmarked no later than midnight, March 9, 1953* Early fil
ing will be greatly to the student's advantage*
Results .will be reported to the student's Selective Service local board of
jurisdiction for use in considering his deferment as a student, according to
Educational Testing Service, which prepares and administers the College Qualifies-*
tion Test*
REGISTRATION OF CARS
Have you registered your car? The deadline was February 13* All cars were
to be registered in the main office by that dats. This includes cars on the
student parking lot as well as the campus. If a car is not registered,tthecowner
will be subject to a fine of one dollar.
SORORITY (additional)
A suggestion was made to have a swi ning party. All girls who were absent
from the last meeting are asked to contact one of the officers and please let them
know if they want one or not*
