PLANS COMPLETED FOR ANNUAL CHRISTMAS DANCE
Student Council has recently announced t hat all plans are completed for the
all—college Christmas Semi-formal* It is to be held in the beautiful ballroom
of Qenetti’s or Friday evening, December 12* Dancing will be staged from 9 to
12 p* m, Music will be furnished by the Gabe Garland orchestra*
Come one, come all—get a date and come to the ball!
CUTS DOmiN A 13 FOOTER
Tuesd# afternoon our two congenial janitors, "Mike and Foxy* along with
Andy Karpinski shouldered the axe and searched near the foot of Sugar Loaf moun
tain for a Christmas Tree which will soon be on display in the main lounge*
The tree • and main lounge will be decorated sometime this week by members of the
Mu Delta Sigma Fraternity* The Fraternity is buzzing like a bee hive preparing
for the annual Christmas Party which is to be held next Thursday Dec* 18 in the
Main Lounge at 7*30, Everyone, faculty and their wives and children, janitors
and their families, office personnel, and all student body members and their
friends are cordially invited to attend* The Fraternity promises an unforgetable
event.
STUDENTVCOMMUNITY CHORUS SET FOR PROGRAM DECEMBER 16
The Student-Community Chorus under the direction of Miss Pearl Garbrick
set " its annual Chirstmas program and carol sing Tuesday, December 16 at 7p#
at Wittich*s Music Store, North Laurel Street, in Hazleton* An invitation is
extended to the public to attend*
The program consits of several renditions of Christmas music* The audience
•will join in singing the familiar traditional Christmas carols*
The program is as follows:
