May 9, 1952 STUDENT COUNCIL ISSUES STATEMENT OF RECEIPTS BY STUDENT ACTIVITIES FUND Student Council treasurer Frank Nowak has just issued a statement of receipts for the student activities fund, which is derived from the student activities fee paid by all students plus monies from such sources as parking fines and special donations toward activities such as the foreign film fund gathered by members of the College Arts Society. The statement published here covers this entire college year to date. Treasurer Nowak says that an itemized statement of expenditures.. will be made available. TO HOLD DRAWING FOR OVERNIGHT BAG In order to clear the deficit from the R.O.T.C. ”ilitary Ball the officers in charge of the affair have decided to raise money through donations. To one of the persons donating toward the wiping out of the deficit will go a handsome traveling bag useful to students who will be transferring to other campuses and will be doing a great deal of traveling back and forth.
